Meet Lori
Wellness Consultant
Lori Scott is a wellness consultant and yoga instructor. Her yoga practice focuses on balanced posture and alignment, body awareness, strength and flexibility and healthful breathing to promote optimal functioning in the body and the prevention of injuries.

She incorporates concepts of neuroscience, positive psychology, the mind-body network and mindfulness to address topics of stress management and stress resilience, chronic disease prevention, leveraging physical and mental energy, motivation and goal-setting, and overall flourishing, even in times of adversity.
